Fantastic! First off, the customer support is speedy, reliable, and super friendly! They addressed all my questions clearly. The turnaround time was faster than I thought it would be. On top of that, the Christmas pajamas I got for my kids and my son's birthday jammies are of incredible quality! They fit perfectly and are going to make my children's Christmas Eve look stunning. Plus, Shaniece sent me a lovely pillow as a goodwill gesture, which is also top-notch and looks great on the sofa. Big thanks to fabricnco; we’ll surely be back for more!

I haven't received my order after 7 months (ordered in March). I've sent emails and even texts trying to figure out what's going on, and eventually asked for a refund. I got a few replies saying she’d take care of it and ship it out this week (June). Now, I’m not getting any responses to my messages, and there’s still no sign of a refund (October).

I just got a personalized cushion for a friend's wedding, and it was a bit last minute, but they really came through for me. They made sure it got delivered on time, and I’m super grateful since they even sent it out the next day at no extra cost. The cushion is gorgeous, and I can't wait to gift it! I've also bought dog beds from this site, and they were lovely too. Honestly, I can't find anything to complain about—top-notch quality and fantastic customer service! :)

Wow, wow, wow! I got a fancy bed for my new puppy after checking out the pics Fabricnco shared online, and it showed up at my place yesterday. It's just incredible, and I'm totally in love with it! 😍 (and so are all my friends and family who I've shared pics with).
